Nice one, Oxford is amazing for pictures. I visited once - before I had a digital camera. I can remember loving the way the pictures came out. Bittersweet departure? The new is always so exciting, but leaving also hurts.
I actually was at Oxford back in 72 (ouch!)…part of my backpacking journey through Europe. I love your photo of it. You did a great job in keeping the perspective - not easy to do..I know!
Feeling a little sentimental now that you’re leaving? Seems like that’s the way it happens. You only really appreciate a place when you know you have to leave.

Another wonderful shot, Chris. I adore looking at all kinds of architecture, but these spires are the kind of thing I really, really like. So why goodbye? Are you leaving or are they?
Beautiful. The only Oxford I have been to in on I-20 just south of Anniston, Alabama.
Great shot of jolly Olde England.
