You are welcome. I see BM suffers from “everyone wants to be me” syndrome. If I wanted her job I would be doing her job. And considering it took her an HOUR to write that review? Shit, my high school students were more productive than that
I loved the review that love bites gave you. She gave you good, constructive criticism. I look forward to seeing what changes come on this site–but only the ones you want.

Hey, I think it was strange to pick apart the ‘read more’ links after picking apart other blogs for not ‘rolling up’ their content. It’s a contradiction. Then again, I’m biased because I have the toggle links for read more on my blog and I prefer it that way. However, in RSS, I see the entire post, hehe.
You have an excellent talent for writing, keep it up!

I prefer the rolled up long posts, that’s what i do as well, so that’s not something I’d mark you down as a negative on. To each his/her own.

oh, i forgot. You might want to create another page just for links and another for music on your top header. I think personally that the way I look at sidebars is really minimalistic. Your blog design should, imo, compliment what you have to say, and not distract from it. Sidebars for miles, lots of blinky busy things, call me ADD girl, but they don’t contribute to what you have to say here.
I think your writing is solid, but I do think that when the design of the site distracts from solid writing, that is an area that I, at least, would want to improve on.
Take it as it’s offered…I really like to see good blogs get better, and as a result, gain more readership. So, it’s really the kind of criticism to grow by, as I think most of the good bloggers we’ve reviewed would tell you.

Wow, it was brave of you to sign up for that! For what it’s worth, I think the content trumps the design in most cases. And your content is solid. I’m all about the sidebars, too, so I think your design is just delightful.

I think your blog is nice. I like the pictures you take. I love to see nice photos on blogs. She is right though, the click on read more, I would just rather read the whole story instead of clicking on read more. But overall you have a very nice blog.

Somehow I just noticed this post. I think Miss Bites is missing out if she’s too lazy to click the left mouse button (sheesh, are you kidding me?) I only take the time to read a select few blogs, and I come here at least once a day. You are by no means “underwhelming” although I have to agree with her on the smartness thing. Sometimes I leave here feeling a leetle bit stoopid.
